While wheel-lift and dolly towing is an option, any vehicle that shouldn’t have its wheels on the road during transport is a flatbed candidate. This includes all-wheel drive and four-wheel drive vehicles — where towing with the wheels on the road can destroy the transfer case — as well as low-clearance sports cars, exotics, and luxury vehicles where a wheel-lift hook risks bumper or undercarriage damage. Classic and antique cars, inoperable vehicles, and any car with significant front or rear damage also belong on a flatbed. At All Out Towing, flatbed is our standard method because it’s simply the safest way to move any vehicle.
